You can give people passwords that allow them to choose files or folders you’ve selected specifically for them. Sharing files with team members is easy, and large files can be shared via a link, rather than large email attachments that jam inbox space.

Take Advantage of Special ‘Save’ Options

You can select the number of versions you wish to keep as well as the minimum amount of time between new versions. Through the web interface (or backup client), you can restore any available version of that file. Those versions may cover a month or two year’s worth of changes. It’s your choice.
