Correction of the customer information
If the change occurs in the personal information you have provided to Zendal Backup, such as change of address, mail, or similar, please contact us by e-mail stating the change and we will notify you in case we need any further information from you; it is the obligation of the customer to keep updated the personal information as well as it is the clients responsibility to notify Zendal Backup stating the changes/modifications within the customer information.
Cancellation Policy
You are free to cancel the service provided to you by Zendal Backup at any time; once you notify us by e-mail we will proceed to the cancellation and once completed it will be confirmed to you; the cost of our service will be proportional to the days you have used the software, i.e. if you decide to cancel our service on 8th of the month and your paying date was every 1st of the month you will be invoiced a proportional amount of days in which the service was used.
- Upon cancellation of service, the data in your account will be removed from our primary database systems within 14 days of cancellation.
- After 30 days, your data is removed from all our systems including our backup systems.
