1. This site is owned and operated by Zendal Backup S.C.P. (Zendal Backup /Zendal). The information contained in this site is proprietary to AmberWave and the modification and/or use of the materials is a violation of Zendal Backup rights.

Unless specifically permitted by Zendal Backup or as part of the permissions granted to use marketing collateral as an authorized Zendal Backup Partner (Reseller), the materials may not be used, reproduced or disclosed to others; Zendal Backup does not warrant the correctness or accuracy of the content contained herein.

3. Like all Web Services, Zendal Backup Online Service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to required maintenance, telecommunications interruptions, or other disruptions. Although Zendal Backup makes every reasonable effort to minimize such downtime, Zendal Backup does not guarantee 100%availability of backup services.

4. Zendal Backup will not be liable for any damages due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, fire, war, natural disasters, accident, riots, acts of government, shortage of materials/supplies, failure of any transportation or communication system, non-performance of any of the Subscriber's agents or third party providers (including, without limitation, the failure or performance of internet service providers, suppliers and subcontractors) or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

5. The liability of Zendal Backup to the subscriber for damage to or loss of data shall be as described in the Software Licence Agreement. Under no circumstances will Zendal Backup be liable for the contents or value of the Subscriber's lost or damaged data.

6. Subscriber warrants that it is the owner or legal custodian of the data transmitted to Zendal Backup and that it has full authority to transmit mentioned data and
direct its restored data at its designated computer.

7. Trade Marks and Copyright Notice
Zendal Backup Online Service is the exclusive property of Zendal Backup-Use of this site signifies your compliance with these terms of use.

8. All the managment of the Personal Data is contemplated by the Spanish Law in force - LOPD, obeyed and implemented in Zendal Backup S.C.P.
